• Constitution: increases your hit points (hp)
• Dexterity: increases your attack chances per round of combat

Skills

• Attack: increases attack accuracy (the likelihood your attack will land successfully)
• Weapon (knife, long blade, etc): increases how much damage you do when wielding that weapon class
• Dodge: increases the likelihood you will dodge an attack
• Parry: increases the likelihood you will parry an attack
