The Buttery Nipple is a beer, which you can buy for 51g from the [[Bar of the Gods]] in [[Nirvana]]. Drinking it will do a significant amount of damage. If you survive, you'll be noted as "Kadeworthy".

== The Cane of Kade ==
Once labeled as Kadeworthy, a player would at last be capable of pulling the Cane of Kade from a mysterious stone slab:
<pre>This is a 5' X 5' stone slab. It is made out of 
some sort of naturally occurring mineral deposit. A 
glowing cane is sticking out of the stone slab. You 
could perhaps <pull cane from stone slab> in order to 
free it for your own uses.</pre>
